Device and method for performing full-duplex based communication in unlicensed band in wireless communication system

A communication device comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one computer memory coupled with the at least one processor and storing an instruction that instructs operations when executed by the at least one processor,
• wherein the operations comprises:
• receiving system information including information related frequency resources;
• receiving configuration information including information related to at least one threshold for energy detection (ED);
• based on at least one of the system information or the configuration information, performing a first channel access procedure (CAP) for at least one channel;
• based on the first CAP in a first channel of the at least one channel, transmitting a signal in the first channel;
• and
• performing a second CAP for a second channel of the at least one channel during transmission of the signal in the first channel,
• wherein the at least one threshold comprises a first threshold for energy detection (ED) for the first CAP and a second threshold for ED for the second CAP.

A terminal comprising:

• a transceiver;
• and
• a processor coupled with the transceiver,
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• receive system information including information related to frequency resources,
• receive configuration information including information related to at least one threshold for energy detection (ED),
• based on at least one of the system information or the configuration information,
• perform a first channel access procedure (CAP) for at least one channel,
• based on the first CAP in a first channel of at least one channel, transmit a signal in the first channel, and
• perform a second CAP for a second channel of the at least one channel during transmission of the signal in the first channel, and
• wherein the at least one threshold comprises a first threshold for energy detection (ED) for the first CAP and a second threshold for ED for the second CAP.
