Method and device for performing sidelink communication in unlicensed spectrum

A first device comprising:

• at least one transceiver;
• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory connected to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, cause the first device to perform operations comprising:
• obtaining a resource pool;
• selecting one or more resources in the resource pool;
• receiving, from a second device, first sidelink control information (SCI) for scheduling second SCI and a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) through a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH);
• receiving, from the second device, the second SCI including information related to channel occupancy time (COT) duration through the PSSCH;
• and
• triggering resource reselection, based on that at least one resource among the one or more resources is outside the COT duration.

A processing device adapted to control a first device, the processing device comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory connected to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, cause the first device to perform operations comprising:
• obtaining a resource pool;
• selecting one or more resources in the resource pool;
• receiving, from a second device, first sidelink control information (SCI) for scheduling second SCI and a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) through a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH);
• receiving, from the second device, the second SCI including information related to channel occupancy time (COT) duration through the PSSCH;
• and
• triggering resource reselection, based on that at least one resource among the one or more resources is outside the COT duration.
