Abstract
An indication method is performed by a terminal. The method includes: receiving first indication information transmitted by a network device, and transmitting a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement message corresponding to a random access message according to the first indication information. The first indication information indicates a number of repetitions for the hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement message.

- and
- the network device configured to transmit the first indication information to the terminal, and receive the hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement message with repetitions transmitted by the terminal according to the first indication information.
