Channel state information (csi) configuration recommendation

A user equipment (UE) comprising:

• a memory storing processor-readable code;
• and
• at least one processor coupled to the memory, the at least one processor configured to execute the processor-readable code to cause the at least one processor to:
• generate, based on sensing information, an indicator that indicates a channel state information (CSI) recommendation, the CSI recommendation includes a recommended channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration, a recommended CSI reporting scheme, or a combination thereof;
• and
• transmit the indicator.

A base station comprising:

• a memory storing processor-readable code;
• and
• at least one processor coupled to the memory, the at least one processor configured to execute the processor-readable code to cause the at least one processor to:
• receive, from a user equipment (UE), an indicator based on sensing information, the indicator indicates a channel state information (CSI) recommendation, the CSI recommendation includes a recommended channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration, a recommended CSI reporting scheme, or a combination thereof;
• and
• transmit a CSI configuration, the CSI configuration based on the indicator.
