Abstract
A method of manufacturing a stator for an axial flux permanent magnet (AFPM) motor includes: coupling a stacked core with a coil wound thereon to a plurality of blades provided on a stator housing; coupling an outer housing to an outer circumferential surface of the stator housing; coupling outer ring covers, one each to each side surface of the stator housing, respectively; and molding-treating the stator housing, the stacked core, and the outer ring covers using an adhesive.

A method of manufacturing a stator for an axial flux permanent magnet (AFPM) motor, the method comprising:
- coupling a stacked core with a coil wound thereon to a plurality of blades provided on a stator housing;
- coupling an outer housing to an outer circumferential surface of the stator housing;
- coupling outer ring covers, one each to each side surface of the stator housing, respectively;
- and
- molding-treating the stator housing, the stacked core, and the outer ring covers using an adhesive.
