Antenna module and electronic device including the same

A massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) unit (MMU) device comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• an antenna module,
• wherein the antenna module comprises:
• a sub array including a plurality of antenna elements;
• a substrate including a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer;
• a metal plate coupled to the first dielectric layer;
• and
• a feeding structure including a film layer coupled to the second dielectric layer, an adhesive layer disposed on the film layer, and a pattern layer disposed on the adhesive layer, and
• wherein the film layer is coupled to the second dielectric layer for supporting the pattern layer such that the pattern layer is configured to feed a power to the sub array by a coupling.
