Abstract
The present disclosure includes system and methods for executing an action for a file, including receiving a plurality of items to be docketed, wherein each of the plurality of items includes one or more types of respective docket items, locating a plurality of templates, each of the plurality of templates associated with one of the plurality of items to be docketed, and executing one or more actions for each of the plurality of items to be docketed based on the correlated plurality of templates.
Claims20
A method of executing one or more actions for a file, the method comprising:
- training a template application located in a computer-implemented docketing system by using text recognition to analyze unstructured text located in at least one incoming communication related to the file and identify a source of the at least one incoming communication based on the unstructured text;
- executing the template application by using a machine learning model to:
- identifying at least one deadline based on the unstructured text;
- selecting at least one template from a plurality of templates stored in the template application based on the at least one deadline;
- implementing the at least one template by correlating the source of the at least one incoming communication with the at least one deadline to compile a set of compliance rules and generating at least one item for docketing based on the at least one template and the set of compliance rules, the at least one item for docketing associated with one or more actions;
- and
- sending the at least one item to a receiving system;
- executing the one or more actions in the receiving system.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium that stores instructions that when executed by one or more processors cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising a method of executing one or more actions for a file, the method comprising:
- training a template application located in a computer-implemented docketing system by using text recognition to analyze unstructured text located in at least one incoming communication related to the file and identify a source of the at least one incoming communication based on the unstructured text;
- executing the template application by using a machine learning model to:
- identifying at least one deadline based on the unstructured text;
- selecting at least one template from a plurality of templates stored in the template application based on the at least one deadline;
- implementing the at least one template by correlating the source of the at least one incoming communication with the at least one deadline to compile a set of compliance rules and generating at least one item for docketing based on the at least one template and the set of compliance rules, the at least one item for docketing associated with one or more actions;
- and
- sending the at least one item to the docketing system;
- the docketing system receiving the at least one item and executing the one or more actions.
