Foldable electronic device comprising protection member

An electronic device comprising:

• a foldable housing including a first housing and a second housing foldable with respect to each other, the first housing and the second housing including a first bracket and a second bracket, respectively, each forming an inner supporting area of a corresponding housing;
• a hinge assembly connected with each of the first housing and the second housing;
• a flexible display including a first display area and a second display area accommodated in the first housing and a second housing, respectively, the first display area including a first portion visually exposed to an outside of the electronic device, a second portion disposed under the first portion and hidden from view, and a third portion between the first portion and the second portion disposed as bent at a proximity of and spaced apart from a side of the first housing substantially parallel to a length direction of the hinge assembly;
• and
• an adhesive member attached to the first bracket and the second portion to at least partially restrict a movement of the second portion.
