An antibody or fragment comprising a binding site which specifically binds to CD7 (Cluster of Differentiation 7), wherein the binding site comprises a VH domain that is encoded by a nucleotide sequence that is derived from the recombination of a human VH gene segment, DH gene segment and JH gene segment, wherein the VH gene segment is IGHV3-15.
