Abstract
A method for operating a brake system of a vehicle, the brake system including at least one friction brake, the method including: obtaining condition data indicative of a condition of the at least one friction brake and providing a control instruction for controlling operation of the at least one friction brake based on the condition data, the control instruction configured to operate the at least one friction brake and a propulsion system of the vehicle such that the operation of the at least one friction brake is at least partially compensated by the operation of the propulsion system.

A method for operating a brake system of a vehicle, the brake system comprising at least one friction brake, the method comprising:
- obtaining condition data indicative of a condition of the at least one friction brake;
- and
- providing a control instruction for controlling operation of the at least one friction brake based on the condition data, the control instruction being configured to operate the at least one friction brake and a propulsion system of the vehicle such that the operation of the at least one friction brake is at least partially compensated by the operation of the propulsion system.
A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions stored in a memory and executed by a processor to carry out steps of a method for operating a brake system of a vehicle, the brake system comprising at least one friction brake, the steps comprising:
- obtaining condition data indicative of a condition of the at least one friction brake;
- and
- providing a control instruction for controlling operation of the at least one friction brake based on the condition data, the control instruction being configured to operate the at least one friction brake and a propulsion system of the vehicle such that the operation of the at least one friction brake is at least partially compensated by the operation of the propulsion system.
