Abstract
A tubular prosthetic device for implantation into a body lumen includes a first part including a tubular lumen and a second part including an attachment member. The second part is secured to the first part via various configurations, where the device is capable of being reduced to a diameter less than the diameter of traditional devices, for ease of use during implantation. Methods of using the device are also provided.

A method of implanting a device into a lumen of a patient, comprising the steps of:
- delivering the device to a lumen of the patient;
- wherein the device comprises:
- a tubular graft comprising a proximal open end, a distal open end and an exterior surface,
- a stent having apices at an end of said stent, at least one of the apices disposed on a portion of the exterior surface of the tubular graft distally of the proximal open end of the graft,
- a least one tether connecting the at least one apices to the exterior surface of the tubular graft;
- and
- expanding the stent to engage the lumen.
A method of implanting a device into a lumen of a patient, comprising the steps of:
- delivering the device to a lumen of the patient;
- wherein the device comprises:
- a tubular graft comprising a proximal open end, a distal open end and an exterior surface,
- a stent having apices at an end of said stent, at least one of the apices disposed on and connected to a portion of the exterior surface of the tubular graft distally of the proximal open end of the graft,
- at least one inflatable channel disposed distally of the end of the stent,
- inflating the at least one inflatable channel to engage the lumen;
- and
- expanding the stent to engage the lumen.
