Surface sanitizing apparatus

A sanitizing apparatus comprising:

• a. an outer housing having an exterior surface containing an access window;
• b. an inner container arranged within the outer housing, the inner container containing an opening alignable with the outer housing access window, wherein at least one of the outer housing and inner container are rotatable relative the other to align the inner container opening and outer housing access window;
• and
• c. a sanitizing bottle arranged within the inner container, the sanitizing bottle having one of a scrubber-equipped flip-top and twist-off cap, whereby when the outer housing is arranged on a surface, one of the outer housing and inner container is rotated to align the access window with the inner container opening, the sanitizing bottle is withdrawn from the inner container to clean a surface, the bottle is placed back into the inner container and the outer housing or inner container is rotated to secure the bottle therein.
