Abstract
A heat exchanger assembly including: a chassis having a housing defining an internal volume for a heat source to be cooled by a fluid, the housing including a first housing portion configured to guide the fluid; a first tube attached to the first housing portion and forming a first tube channel for the fluid. The housing includes a second housing portion, the second housing portion having a shaped guide covered by a cold plate so that together they form a second tube channel for the fluid.

A heat exchanger assembly comprising:
- a chassis including a housing defining an internal volume for a heat source to be cooled by a fluid, the housing including a first housing portion configured to guide the fluid, and a first tube attached to the first housing portion and forming a first tube channel for the fluid;
- wherein the housing includes a second housing portion, the second housing portion having a shaped guide covered by a cold plate so that together they form a second tube channel for the fluid.
