Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide method, apparatus and computer-readable medium for communications. In the method, the apparatus determines that first data is to be transmitted to a terminal device. In the method, the apparatus further reuses a first hybrid automatic retransmission request (HARQ) process in a stalled state to transmit the first data to the terminal device based on determining that there is no free HARQ process for transmitting the first data.

An apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to:
- determine that first data is to be transmitted to a terminal device;
- and
- reuse a first hybrid automatic retransmission request (HARQ) process in a stalled state to transmit the first data to the terminal device based on determining that there is no free HARQ process for transmitting the first data.
