Systems and methods for schedule notification management

An apparatus, the apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one non-transitory memory comprising program code, wherein the at least one non-transitory memory and the program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to:

• obtain at least one modification to a task schedule, the task schedule comprising a plurality of on-call event notifications;
• determine a subset of the plurality of on-call event notifications that is obsolete based at least in part on the at least one modification to the task schedule;
• remove the subset of the plurality of on-call event notifications from the task schedule;
• and
• provision, to at least one computing device, a remaining subset of the plurality of on-call event notifications in accordance with at least one task interval defined by the task schedule.

A computer program product, the computer program product comprising at least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable program code portions stored therein, the computer-readable program code portions configured to:

• obtain at least one modification to a task schedule, the task schedule comprising a plurality of on-call event notifications;
• determine a subset of the plurality of on-call event notifications that is obsolete based at least in part on the at least one modification to the task schedule;
• remove the subset of the plurality of on-call event notifications from the task schedule;
• and
• provision, to at least one computing device, a remaining subset of the plurality of on-call event notifications in accordance with at least one task interval defined by the task schedule.
