Novel compounds

A compound of formula I:

• wherein,
• R1 is H, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or alkoxyalkyl;
• R2 is halo, haloalkyl or cyano;
• R3 is H;
• or R2 and R3, and the atoms to which they are bonded, form a 4-6 membered heterocycle ring comprising a single O heteroatom optionally substituted with one or two substituents independently selected from halo and alkyl,
• or R2 and R3, and the atoms to which they are bonded, form a 3-6 membered cycloalkyl ring optionally substituted with one or two substituents independently selected from halo and alkyl;
• A is CH or N;
• W is:
• p is 1 or 2;
• q is 1 or 2;
• m is 0 or 1;
• Y1 is C═O, CH, CH2, C—Rx, N, or NH;
• Y2 is C═O, CH, C—Ry, O, N, NH, or N—CH3;
• Y3 is C═O, CH, CH2, CRy, N, NH, or NRz;
• Y4 is C═O, CH, CRy, N, NH or N—CH3;
• wherein Rx is H and each Ry is independently selected from —OH, alkyl, alkoxy, cyano and halo, or Rx+Ry, through the atoms to which they are attached, form a heterocycle ring;
• Rz is H, alkyl or hydroxyalkyl;
• and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
