Abstract
A method for manufacturing a cosmetic applicator brush is provided. The cosmetic applicator brush comprises a plurality of discs assembled relative to one another, and each disc has a body with a plurality of bristles extending radially therefrom. The method comprises the step of forming the cosmetic applicator brush by a block core method, where parting lines are formed in both radial and axial directions of the cosmetic applicator brush in the block core method.

A method for manufacturing a cosmetic applicator brush, the cosmetic applicator brush comprising a plurality of discs assembled relative to one another, each disc having a body with a plurality of bristles extending radially therefrom, comprising the step of:
- forming the cosmetic applicator brush by a block core method;
- wherein parting lines are formed in both radial and axial directions of the cosmetic applicator brush in the block core method.
