Abstract
A new cultivar of Buddleja plant named ‘Botex 014’ that is characterized by its dense and very compact plant habit with upright stems, its flowers that are vibrant neon pink in color, its neat and naturally round plant shape, its very floriferous blooming habit, and its flowers that have a sweet fragrance.
