A base station comprising:

• high-layer processing circuitry configured to transmit at least a first RRC parameter for indicating a transform precoding indicator field is included in DCI format 0_1 and a second RRC parameter for indicating the transform precoding indicator field is included in DCI format 0_2,
• reception circuitry configured to transmit the DCI format 0_1 and/or DCI format 0_2, each for scheduling of a PUSCH, and
• transmission circuitry configured to receive the PUSCH,
• wherein
• in a case that the first RRC parameter set to enable is transmitted, the transform precoding indicator field is included in the DCI format 0_1,
• in a case that the first RRC parameter set to enable is not transmitted, the transform precoding indicator field is not included in the DCI format 0_1,
• in a case that the second RRC parameter set to enable is transmitted, the transform precoding indicator field is included in the DCI format 0_2, and
• in a case that the second RRC parameter set to enable is not transmitted, the transform precoding indicator field is not included in the DCI format 0_2.

A method for a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:

• receiving a first RRC parameter for indicating a transform precoding indicator field is included in DCI format 0_1 and/or a second RRC parameter for indicating the transform precoding indicator field is included in DCI format 0_2,
• receiving the DCI format 0_1 and/or DCI format 0_2, each for scheduling of a PUSCH, and
• transmitting the PUSCH,
• wherein
• in a case that the first RRC parameter set to enable is received, the transform precoding indicator field is included in the DCI format 0_1,
• in a case that the first RRC parameter set to enable is not received, the transform precoding indicator field is not included in the DCI format 0_1,
• in a case that the second RRC parameter set to enable is received, the transform precoding indicator field is included in the DCI format 0_2, and
• in a case that the second RRC parameter set to enable is not received, the transform precoding indicator field is not included in the DCI format 0_2.
