Method and apparatus for multi-carrier scheduling in wireless communication

A user equipment (UE) configured for wireless communication, the UE comprising:

• a receiver configured to receive radio resource control (RRC) signaling information, wherein the RRC signaling information comprises configuration information for a target cell of a set of cells;
• the receiver is further configured to receive a downlink control information (DCI), wherein whether the DCI comprises target domain information for the target cell is based on a number of cells in the set of cells;
• and
• the receiver is further configured to receive information from at least one cell included in the set of cells, based on the DCI.

A method for use in a user equipment (UE) configured for wireless communication, the method comprising:

• receiving radio resource control (RRC) signaling information, wherein the RRC signaling information comprises configuration information for a target cell of a set of cells;
• receiving a downlink control information (DCI), wherein whether the DCI comprises target domain information for the target cell is based on a number of cells in the set of cells;
• and
• receiving information from at least one cell included in the set of cells, based on the DCI.
