Method and device for wireless communication

One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computer instructions, that when executed by one or more processors, cause a computing device to perform operations comprising:

• receiving first information sent by a network device, wherein the first information indicates a first timer and a second timer, and the second timer has a second duration of performing small data transmission (SDT), wherein the first timer has a first duration, wherein the first duration is shorter than the second duration, wherein the first duration is related to a timing advance (TA) timer;
• and
• in response to, at least in part, a measurement result of downlink reference signal receiving power (RSRP) being greater than a pre-configured RSRP threshold, sending SDT based on configured grant (CG) resource.

One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computer instructions, that when executed by one or more processors, cause a computing device to perform operations comprising:

• sending first information to a terminal device, wherein the first information indicates a first timer and a second timer, and the second timer has a second duration of performing small data transmission (SDT), wherein the first timer has a first duration, wherein the first duration is shorter than the second duration, wherein the first duration is related to a timing advance (TA) timer;
• and
• receiving SDT based on configured grant (CG) resource, and wherein the SDT is sent by the terminal device in response to, at least in part, a measurement result of downlink reference signal receiving power (RSRP) being greater than a pre-configured RSRP threshold.
