Transmission power management for sidelink

A user equipment (UE), comprising:

• at least one memory;
• and
• at least one processor operably connectable to the at least one memory,
• wherein the at least one memory stores instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
• setting a configured maximum output power for a Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH), based on sum of values of maximum transmission power over multiple resource pools;
• and
• transmitting the PSFCH over the multiple resource pools at a given time, based on the configured maximum output power,
• wherein each of the values of maximum transmission power is a maximum value of sidelink transmission power on each of the multiple resource pools.

An apparatus in mobile communication, comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory storing instructions and operably electrically connectable with the at least one processor, based on the instructions being operated by the at least one processor, performed operation comprising:
• setting a configured maximum output power for a Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH), based on sum of values of maximum transmission power over multiple resource pools;
• and
• transmitting the PSFCH over the multiple resource pools at a given time, based on the configured maximum output power,
• wherein each of the values of maximum transmission power is a maximum value of sidelink transmission power on each of the multiple resource pools.
