Systems and methods for generative ai-based electronic mail tool management

A system comprising:

• a processor configured to:
• identify a message item, the message item being a modified message item associated with an electronic message addressed to an inbox of a recipient;
• extract message information, the extracted message information corresponding to the message item and the electronic message;
• analyze, via a computer model, the extracted message information;
• determine, based on the computer model analysis, a set of classifications that provide indications of a manner the message item maps to the electronic message;
• determine, based on the set of classifications, a verification of the message item;
• and
• control delivery of the message item to the inbox based on the verification determination.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium tangibly encoded with computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor, perform a method comprising:

• identifying a message item, the message item being a modified message item associated with an electronic message addressed to an inbox of a recipient;
• extracting message information, the extracted message information corresponding to the message item and the electronic message;
• analyzing, via a computer model, the extracted message information;
• determining, based on the computer model analysis, a set of classifications that provide indications of a manner the message item maps to the electronic message;
• determining, based on the set of classifications, a verification of the message item;
• and
• controlling delivery of the message item to the inbox based on the verification determination.
