End-of-line test method and system

Abstract

An end-of-line test method and system are disclosed. The test system includes an upper-level computer, a test device, and a test requirement structured system. The upper-level computer in the test system obtains an initial test formula from the test requirement structured system in response to a test formula download instruction, where the test requirement structured system is configured to generate the initial test formula based on a test item requirement, and the initial test formula includes related information of the test item requirement. Then, the upper-level computer converts the initial test formula into a target test formula in an extensible markup language format. Finally, the upper-level computer controls, based on the target test formula, the test device to test a product to obtain a test result.
