A household appliance apparatus, in particular a household refrigerator apparatus, includes a housing which defines a usable space, in particular a refrigeration space, a power control device, a primary control device which is spatially separate from the power control device, and a bus connection for combined power and data transmission between the power control device and the primary control device. The power control device is disposed in a lower area of the housing and the primary control device is disposed in an upper area of the housing. A household appliance having the household appliance apparatus is also provided.
