A microfluidic chip and a preparation method therefor, and a microfluidic system The microfluidic chip includes a first substrate a second substrate, and a gap control layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate wherein the gap control layer comprises an adhesive line and a plurality of gap beads of substantially the same size arranged at intervals in the adhesive line.

A microfluidic chip, comprising:
- a first substrate,
- a second substrate arranged facing and spaced apart from the first substrate, and
- a gap control layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate,
- wherein the gap control layer comprises an adhesive line and a plurality of gap beads of substantially the same size arranged at intervals in the adhesive line.

A method for preparing a microfluidic chip, the method comprising:
- providing a first substrate,
- preparing a gap control layer on a surface of one side of the first substrate, wherein the gap control layer comprises an adhesive line and a plurality of gap beads of substantially the same size arranged at intervals in the adhesive line,
- providing a second substrate,
- placing the second substrate on the gap control layer for alignment with the first substrate to form a cell, and
- curing the gap control layer.
