Abstract
The present invention provides compositions and methods of treating cancer associated with mutant RAS. In certain aspects, the present invention provides T-cell receptors that bind to specific mutant RAS peptide fragments in the context of specific HLA types. In certain aspects, the present invention provides multispecific (e.g., bispecific) antibodies comprising T-cell receptors that bind to specific mutant RAS peptide fragments in the context of specific HLA types.
Claims33
A composition comprising a T-cell receptor (TCR) that specifically binds to a mutant RAS (mRAS) peptide in the context of an HLA-C*08:02 molecule.
A cell modified to express a T-cell receptor (TCR) that specifically binds to a mutant RAS (mRAS) peptide in the context of an HLA-C*08:02.
A multispecific polypeptide comprising a first domain that specifically binds to a mutant RAS (mRAS) peptide in the context of an HLA-C*08:02 molecule and at least one second binding domain that specifically binds to a second target epitope or antigen.
