Abstract
Medical devices, including covered or coated stents and stent grafts are disclosed. In some embodiments, one or more layers of a covering may be bent, folded, inverted, everted, or otherwise disposed to cover and couple to a stent.

A medical appliance, comprising:
- a stent;
- and
- a first conduit comprising:
- a body portion disposed against an inner circumferential surface of the stent;
- a first bend everting over a first longitudinal end of the stent;
- and
- a first end portion defining an outer circumferential surface of the medical appliance.

A method of manufacturing a medical appliance, comprising:
- disposing a first conduit within a stent;
- everting a first end portion of the first conduit over a first longitudinal end of the stent;
- everting a second end portion of the first conduit over a second longitudinal end of the stent;
- bonding the everted first end portion to the stent;
- and
- bonding the everted second end portion to the stent.
