An immersive system comprising:
- a computing system including a microphone and a speaker;
- and
- a surround screen,
- wherein the computing system provides interactive scenes of a virtual hospital including a virtual patient on the surround screen,
- wherein the virtual hospital includes one or more of hospital facilities, and a user is adapted to move around the one or more of hospital facilities, and
- wherein the virtual patient has a symptom or has a medical condition, and the user is further adapted to interact with the virtual patient via a voice command input through the microphone, an auditory output from the speaker, and the interactive scenes displayed by the surround screen.

A method of providing an immersive experience to a user, the method comprising:
- providing a computing system that includes a microphone and a speaker and a surround screen;
- providing interactive scenes of a virtual hospital including a virtual patient on the surround screen, wherein the virtual patient has a symptom or has a medical condition;
- and
- updating the scenes of the virtual hospital based on interaction between the user and the virtual patient via a voice command input through the microphone, an auditory output from the speaker, and the interactive scenes displayed by the surround screen,
- wherein the virtual hospital includes one or more of hospital facilities, and a user is adapted to move around the one or more of hospital facilities.
