Carrier For Elements Of Tumor-Treating Field Provision System And Systems And Methods Of Using Same

A kit comprising:

• a carrier having a carrier body that defines a receiving space;
• a plurality of coupling elements that are configured for selective removable coupling to the carrier body;
• and
• an electric-signal generator at least partially received within the receiving space of the carrier body;
• and
• at least one transducer array in electrical communication with the electric-signal generator,
• wherein the at least one transducer array is configured for secure placement at a respective second location on the body of the subject, wherein the respective second location is different than the first location, and
• wherein each coupling element of the plurality of coupling elements is configured to permit coupling of the carrier body to a different location of the body of the subject.

A method comprising:

• fixedly coupling the carrier to a first location on a body of a subject, wherein the first location is one of a thigh, a chest, an upper arm, or an armpit of the body of the subject, the carrier having:
• a carrier body that defines a receiving space, wherein an electric-signal generator is at least partially received within the receiving space;
• and
• a coupling apparatus that fixedly couples the carrier body to the first location on the body of the subject;
• securely placing each transducer array of at least one transducer array at a respective second location on the body of the subject, wherein the respective second location is different than the first location, and wherein the at least one transducer array is in electrical communication with the electric-signal generator;
• delivering, using the electric-signal generator, electrical signals to the at least one transducer array;
• and
• generating, using the at least transducer array, an electric field.
