Abstract
Described herein are collagen slurries and collagen implants suitable for injection into a repair site to repair a tissue, for example, an anterior cruciate ligament, rotator cuff tendon, and/or a meniscus. Further described are systems including collagen implants, methods of preparing collagen slurries and implants, and methods of use thereof.

A tissue repair system, comprising:
- a collagen implant configured for injection into a target tissue, the collagen implant comprising:
- a plurality of particles, each particle comprising:
- at least one collagen,
- at least one salt,
- at least one electrolyte, and
- at least one glycosaminoglycan;
- and
- a delivery device configured to deliver the collagen implant to the target tissue.
