A method of increasing the overall response rate (ORR) or disease control rate (DCR) in a patient with small-cell lung cancer (SCLC), the method comprising concurrently treating the patient with a human anti-PD-L1 antibody, an anti-CTLA-4 antibody, and chemoradiation therapy.
