Provided herein are methods, compositions and medicaments for treating solid tumor cancers, including pancreatic cancers.

A method of treating pancreatic cancer in a patient in need thereof, comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of LSTA-1, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in combination with anti-cancer therapy comprising durvalumab, gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
A method for treating, inhibiting, or reducing the volume of a tumor of a cancer in a subject or patient in need thereof, wherein the method comprises administering a dosing regimen of an iRGD, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in a combination with simultaneous, separate or sequential administration of an anti-cancer therapy comprising an immune checkpoint inhibitor, a nucleoside;
- and a taxane.
