Abstract
The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for the treatment of cancer. The present disclosure further provides therapeutic and pharmaceutical compositions comprising a ROCK inhibitor and an OXPHOS inhibitor. Aspects of the disclosure further relate to methods for treating diseases or disorders associated with a mutation in a subunit of a SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex.

A method of treating a subject afflicted with or at risk of developing a cancer comprising a mutation in a subunit of a SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a ROCK inhibitor and an effective amount of an OXPHOS inhibitor.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of a ROCK inhibitor and an effective amount of an OXPHOS inhibitor.
