Abstract
The invention relates to a new agent for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of neutropenia, a pharmaceutical composition comprising said agent, and to a method for the prophylactic and/or therapeutic treatment of neutropenia.

A method for the prophylactic or therapeutic treatment of neutropenia in a living being, comprising the administration of an effective amount of a cyclin-dependent kinase 2/4/9 (CDK2/4/9) inhibitor or salts thereof, solvates thereof and solvates of the salts thereof, to said living being.
A pharmaceutical composition for the prophylaxis or treatment of neutropenia comprising an CDK2/4/9 inhibitor or salts thereof, solvates thereof or solvates of the salts thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
