Abstract
One aspect of the present invention relates to a material for gel formation containing at least one component A selected from the group consisting of a modified hyaluronic acid having a thiol group and a salt thereof, and at least one component B selected from the group consisting of a modified hyaluronic acid having a maleimide group and a salt thereof.
Claims7
1:
- A material for gel formation, comprising:
- at least one component A selected from the group consisting of a modified hyaluronic acid having a thiol group and a salt thereof;
- and
- at least one component B selected from the group consisting of a modified hyaluronic acid having a maleimide group and a salt thereof.
1 more element
2:
- The material for gel formation according to claim 1, wherein a thiol group modification rate of the component A is 5% or more and 50% or less.
3:
- The material for gel formation according to claim 1, wherein the component A has an average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and 600,000 or less.
4:
- The material for gel formation according to claim 1, wherein a maleimide group modification rate of the component B is 1% or more and 30% or less.
5:
- A material for in situ gel formation, comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of a modified hyaluronic acid having a thiol group and a salt thereof.
6:
- A material for in situ gel formation, comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of a modified hyaluronic acid having a maleimide group and a salt thereof.
7:
- A gel composition, comprising:
- at least one component A selected from the group consisting of a modified hyaluronic acid having a thiol group and a salt thereof;
- and
- at least one component B selected from the group consisting of a modified hyaluronic acid having a maleimide group and a salt thereof, wherein
- the thiol group and the maleimide group are bonded to each other.
