This application relates to the field of warehousing and logistics technologies, and provides a shelving unit crossbar and a shelving unit. The shelving unit crossbar includes a bearing member and a guide member arranged on the bearing member. The guide member is located on a side of the bearing member. The bearing member is configured to support a bottom surface of goods. The guide member is configured to block a side of the goods. At least one of the bearing member and the guide member is provided thereon with at least one first connecting portion formed through stamping. The first connecting portion is configured to connect to a beam of the shelving unit.
