A substrate, comprising:

• a base including a primary surface;
• and
• a conductive member disposed on the primary surface,
• wherein the conductive member comprises:
• a first portion including a first conductive layer and an aluminum layer layered in order from a bottom of the conductive member;
• a second portion including a gold layer on an uppermost surface of the second portion of the conductive member;
• and
• a third portion including the gold layer, the first conductive layer, and the aluminum layer layered in order from the bottom of the conductive member, and in top view, an area of the third portion is smaller than an area of the first portion,
• wherein the conductive member comprises a second conductive layer including a first layer between the gold layer and the base, and
• wherein a gap is arranged between the first conductive layer and the first layer.
