Channel monitoring or receiving method and device and terminal

A terminal, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a program or an instruction runnable on the processor, and when the program or the instruction is executed by the processor, steps of a method for channel monitoring or receiving are implemented, the method comprising:

• monitoring or receiving, by the terminal, a first channel based on a target reference signal in a process of random access channel-less (RACH-less) handover of the terminal, wherein a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) antenna port of the first channel and the target reference signal are quasi co-located (QCL);
• and
• the first channel comprises at least one of the following:
• an RACH-less physical downlink control channel (PDCCH);
• or
• an RACH-less physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH).

A non-transitory readable storage medium, storing a program or an instruction, wherein when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, steps of a method for channel monitoring or receiving are implemented, the method comprising:

• monitoring or receiving, by a terminal, a first channel based on a target reference signal in a process of random access channel-less (RACH-less) handover of the terminal, wherein a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) antenna port of the first channel and the target reference signal are quasi co-located (QCL);
• and
• the first channel comprises at least one of the following:
• an RACH-less physical downlink control channel (PDCCH);
• or
• an RACH-less physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH).
