Abstract

This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and in particular, to a channel state information reporting method, an apparatus, and a readable storage medium. The method includes: determining indication information of M coefficients based on reference signals on N reference signal resources, where priorities of the M coefficients are determined based on priorities of the N reference signal resources, and the M coefficients are used to determine a precoding matrix; and sending first information, where the first information includes indication information of K coefficients, and the K coefficients are determined from the M coefficients based on the priorities of the M coefficients. It is ensured as much as possible that more important information can be preferentially reported, to reduce a performance loss of a communication system.

A channel state information reporting method, wherein the method comprises:

receiving reference signals on N reference signal resources;
determining indication information of M coefficients based on the reference signals on the N reference signal resources, wherein priorities of the M coefficients are determined based on priorities of the N reference signal resources, both M and N are integers greater than 1, and the M coefficients are used to determine a precoding matrix;
and
sending first information, wherein the first information comprises indication information of K coefficients, the K coefficients are determined from the M coefficients based on the priorities of the M coefficients, and K is a positive integer less than or equal to M.

receive reference signals on N reference signal resources;
determine indication information of M coefficients based on the reference signals on the N reference signal resources, wherein priorities of the M coefficients are determined based on priorities of the N reference signal resources, both M and N are integers greater than 1, and the M coefficients are used to determine a precoding matrix;
and
send first information, wherein the first information comprises indication information of K coefficients, the K coefficients are determined from the M coefficients based on the priorities of the M coefficients, and K is a positive integer less than or equal to M.
