A transceiver device includes a pre-distortion circuit and a radio frequency end circuit. The pre-distortion circuit is configured to output a first baseband signal. The first baseband signal is a non-continuous single-tone signal. The radio frequency end circuit is coupled to the pre-distortion circuit. The radio frequency end circuit includes a transmitter circuit and a receiver circuit. The transmitter circuit includes a power amplifier and is configured to output a loop-back signal according to the first baseband signal. The receiver circuit is configured to receive the loop-back signal. The pre-distortion circuit is further configured to receive a second baseband signal generated according to the loop-back signal, and generate a pre-distortion compensation signal according to the first baseband signal and the second baseband signal.
