Abstract
A detection device including a device main body provided with a light receiving hole corresponding to a light receiving element and a light emitting hole corresponding to a light emitting element, and a waterproof member arranged between an outer circumferential surface of a cover arranged in the light receiving hole or the light emitting hole and an inner circumferential surface of the light receiving hole or the light emitting hole.

A detection device comprising:
- a light receiving element;
- a light emitting element;
- a device main body provided with a light receiving hole corresponding to the light receiving element and a light emitting hole corresponding to the light emitting element;
- and
- a light receiving cover arranged in the light receiving hole and a light emitting cover arranged in the light emitting hole,
- wherein the device main body is provided with a first light blocking section having a frame shape surrounding the light receiving element, and a second light blocking section having a frame shape surrounding the light emitting element.
