Millable silicone rubber compound, millable silicone rubber composition, and method for producing millable silicone rubber composition

A millable silicone rubber compound comprising:

• (A) 100 parts by mass of organopolysiloxane raw rubber containing two or more alkenyl groups each bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule, the organopolysiloxane raw rubber having an average degree of polymerization of 1,000 to 100,000;
• (B) 5 to 100 parts by mass of reinforcing silica having a specific surface area of 50 to 450 m2/g as measured by BET adsorption method;
• (C) 0.1 to 20 parts by mass of a partial hydrolysate of organoalkoxysilane represented by the following general formula (1),
• in the formula (1), R represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms;
• and R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms;
• and
• (D) one or more kinds of condensation reaction catalysts selected from the following (D1) to (D3),
• (D1) 0.0001 to 0.1 parts by mass of an amine compound having a boiling point of 30 to 60° C. at 1013 hPa, the amine compound being in a liquid state at 25° C.,
• (D2) 0.001 to 1 parts by mass of hexaorganodisilazane represented by the following general formula (2),
• in the formula (2), R2 independently represents an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, and
• (D3) 0.001 to 1 parts by mass of ammonia water at 1.0 to 30.0 mass %.
