Charging and discharging circuit, battery control circuit and electrical device

A charging and discharging circuit, comprising:

• a power supply module, a first driving assembly, a second driving assembly, and a first switch;
• wherein:
• the power supply module comprises a battery, the first driving assembly comprises a first motor, and the second driving assembly comprises a second motor;
• the first driving assembly and the second driving assembly are connected in parallel between a positive electrode end and a negative electrode end of the power supply module;
• one end of the first switch is connected to a neutral point of the first motor, and the other end of the first switch is connected to a neutral point of the second motor;
• the neutral point of the first motor is provided with a first neutral line terminal, and the neutral point of the second motor is provided with a second neutral line terminal;
• and
• one end of the first switch is connected to the first neutral line terminal by means of a high-voltage wire harness, and the other end of the first switch is connected to the second neutral line terminal by means of the high-voltage wire harness.
