Abstract
A battery assembly includes: a stack including a plurality of battery cells arranged side by side in a first direction; a bus bar module provided on the stack; and a fitting member fitted to an end portion of a housing of at least one of the plurality of battery cells in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The fitting member has an engagement portion, and the engagement portion is engaged with the bus bar module so as to position the bus bar module with respect to the stack at least in the first direction.

A battery assembly comprising:
- a stack including a plurality of battery cells each having a housing that accommodates an electrode assembly, the plurality of battery cells being arranged side by side in a first direction;
- a bus bar module provided on the stack;
- and
- a fitting member fitted to an end portion of the housing of at least one of the plurality of battery cells in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, wherein
- the fitting member has an engagement portion, and the engagement portion is engaged with the bus bar module so as to position the bus bar module with respect to the stack at least in the first direction.
