• the positive electrode material layer comprises a lithium-containing transition metal composite oxide, and the lithium-containing transition metal composite oxide comprises LixNazCo1-yMyO2, wherein 0.6<x<0.95, 0≤y<0.15, 0<z≤0.03, and M is at least one selected from the group consisting of Al, Mg, Ti, Mn, Fe, Ni, Zn, Cu, Nb, Cr, and Zr;
• and the non-aqueous electrolyte comprises a compound of Formula I:
• wherein R is selected from an unsubstituted or Ra-substituted C2 to C6 alkyl group, an unsubstituted or Ra-substituted C2 to C6 alkenyl group, an unsubstituted or Ra-substituted C2 to C6 alkynyl group, an unsubstituted or Ra-substituted C5 to C12 nitrogen-containing heteroaryl group, or an unsubstituted or Ra-substituted C6 to C12 aryl group, and substituents Ra of the groups are independently selected from fluorine or a C1 to C6 fluoroalkyl group;
• and
• based on a total mass of the non-aqueous electrolyte, a mass percentage of the compound of Formula I is A %, and 1≤A/z≤200.
