Abstract
Methods and systems for the creation, validation and trading of transportation, storage or service capacity through future financial instruments, the use of explicit legal futures agreements, the application of insurance contracts to futures, the application of factoring or another form of financing to pay for futures at the time of purchase or fulfillment, the monitoring of futures contract execution and the establishment of futures default contingencies are provided.
Claims4
A method of executing transport future financial instruments and monitoring semiautonomous or autonomous vehicle or drone activity related thereto, the method comprising:
- receiving, at a futures trading platform, a request for publishing a quote for a transport futures financial instrument on the trading platform for a first user,
- wherein the transport futures financial instrument provides for use of a semi-autonomous or autonomous vehicle or drone;
- receiving, at the futures trading platform, a request from a second user to execute the transport financial instrument;
- and
- executing a physical transport of materials or passengers by the semi-autonomous or autonomous vehicle or drone,
- wherein execution of the physical transport comprises operating an artificial intelligence system to cause the semi-autonomous or autonomous vehicle or drone to move the materials or passengers from at least a first physical location to a second physical location.
