Vehicle image projector system

A vehicle comprising:

• a cargo area forward of a rear end;
• a liftgate at the rear end;
• and
• a projector system comprising:
• a projector screen configured to be installed proximate the rear end or the rear cargo area when a rear door of the vehicle is in an open position;
• and
• a projector assembly having a housing supporting an image projector, wherein the housing has a striker configured to releasably connect to a latch on a liftgate of the vehicle such that the image projector, when assembled on the liftgate in an open position, is operable to illuminate the projector screen.
