A method for losing weight of a subject comprising administering to the subject a composition comprising an effective amount of Saccharomyces cerevisiae TCI907 and/or supernatant thereof, wherein the Saccharomyces cerevisiae TCI907 is deposited at the German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures under an accession number of DSMZ33480.
A method for reducing production of advanced glycation end products in a subject comprising administering to the subject a composition comprising an effective amount of Saccharomyces cerevisiae TCI907 and/or supernatant thereof, wherein the Saccharomyces cerevisiae TCI907 is deposited at the German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures under an accession number of DSMZ33480.
