Abstract
The present invention relates to an oral pharmaceutical composition comprising a carbamate compound of chemical formula 1, an isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or hydrate thereof as an active ingredient, and a preparation method therefor.
Claims30
A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising particles of a carbamate compound of the following Formula 1, an isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or hydrate thereof as an active ingredient;
- and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier;
- wherein a particle diameter d(0.9) of the active ingredient particles is less than 300 μm:
- wherein,
- R1 and R2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, C1-C8 perfluoroalkyl, C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 thioalkoxy and C1-C8 alkoxy;
- and
- one of A1 and A2 is CH, and the other is N.

A method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising a step of mixing particles of a carbamate compound of the following Formula 1, an isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or hydrate thereof as an active ingredient with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and tableting;
- wherein a particle diameter d(0.9) of the active ingredient particles is less than 300 μm:
- wherein,
- R1 and R2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, C1-C8 perfluoroalkyl, C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 thioalkoxy and C1-C8 alkoxy;
- and
- one of A1 and A2 is CH, and the other is N.
A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration which is prepared by a method comprising:
- mixing particles of a carbamate compound of Formula 1, an isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or hydrate thereof as an active ingredient with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier;
- and
- tableting,
- wherein a particle diameter d(0.9) of the active ingredient particles is less than 300 μm;
- wherein the mixing of the active ingredient with the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is carried out by direct compression:
- wherein,
- R1 and R2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, C1-C8 perfluoroalkyl, C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 thioalkoxy and C1-C8 alkoxy;
- and
- one of A1 and A2 is CH, and the other is N.
